Abstract

In this research was light up the high clinical effectivity of the diltiazem in patient with arterial hypertension, connected with ishemic heart disease. Monotherapy with the diltiazem had not influenced on the contractive quality of the left ventricle. Therapy with the diltiazem considerably improve the diastolic function of the left ventricle and approach if to the standart. These changes are expressed in the decreasing of pre - load, also indirectly indicates the decreasing of the last-diastolic pressure at the left ventricle.
