Неінвазивні та малоінвазивні методи в діагностиці портальної гіпертензії на фоні цирозу печінки

Abstract

The purpose of the presented study was the analysis of liver size and analysis of parameters of portal and liver hemodynamics in patients with а liver cirrhosis complicated with а portal hypertension in accordance with the stage of hepatic failure on Child's classification. Using ultrasonic duplexscanning for analysis of portal and liver hemodynamics and the radio-isotope scan for analysis of the sizes of а liver it was established, that the volume of а Iiver perfusion depends on а size of а liver, thus the maximum depressing of а liver perfusion is detected at the liver sizes abatement.
