Актуальні питання розвитку фізичної реабілітації в Україні

Abstract

Матеріали та методи дослідження. При виконанні роботи були використані матеріали Держкомстату України, Центру статистики МОЗ України, Фонду страхування України, звіти ДУ «Інститут медицини праці ім. Ю.І. Кундієва НАМН України», навчально-наукове, методичне забезпечення підготовки фізичних терапевтів, ерготерапевтів в Житомирському медичному інституті.Результати дослідження.За демографічними показниками, поширеністю та захворюваністю населення працездатного віку за основними класами хвороб, в т.ч. професійних захворювань та травматизму, в останні роки мають місце негативні тен-денції, що вимагають покращення системи відновного лікування і реабілітації. Враховуючи рекомендації ВООЗ, для України в умовах проведеної адміністративно-територіальної реформи базовим рівнем організації медичної допомоги, в тому числі забезпечення населення послугами із фізичної терапії і реабілітації, стають територіальні громади. Ці завдання є особливо актуальними для України на фоні зростання захворюваності, інвалідності, що приводить до втрати трудових ресурсів, що особливо значимо в умовах демографічної кризи, яка надзвичайно загострилась в нашій державі після повномасштабного вторгнення росії в Україну. Виявлені проблеми в підготовці кадрів з фізичної терапії, запропоновані підходи до їх вирішення.Висновки.З метою надання допомоги особам з інвалідністю необхідно прискорити розгортання повноцінної системи реабілітації і відновного лікування від первинної ланки на рівні громади та в системі охорони здоров’я, а також створення спеціалізованих центрів реабілітації. Невід’ємною вимогою розгортання системи реабілітації є підготовка фахівців з фізичної терапії, ерготерапії відповідно до регіональних потреб і специфіки регіону.

Research results. According to demographic indicators, prevalence and morbidity of the population of working age by main classes of diseases, including occupational diseases and injuries, there have been negative trends in recent years, which requires improvement of the restorative treatment and rehabilitation system. Taking into account the recommendations of the WHO, for Ukraine, in the conditions of the administrative and territorial reform, the basic level of the organization of medical care, including providing the population with physical therapy and rehabilitation services, is the territorial communities. These tasks are especially relevant for Ukraine against the background of increasing morbidity and disability, which leads to the loss of labor resources, which is especially significant in the conditions of the demographic crisis, which has become extremely acute in our country after the full-scale invasion of Russia into Ukraine. Problems in the training of personnel in physical therapy are identified, approaches to their solution are proposed.Conclusions. In order to provide assistance to persons with disabilities, it is necessary to accelerate the deployment of a full-fledged system of rehabilitation and restorative treatment from the primary level at the community level and in the health care system, as well as the creation of specialized rehabilitation centers. An integral requirement for the deployment of the rehabilitation system is the training of specialists in physical therapy and occupational therapy in accordance with regional needs and the specifics of the region.
