Угорські нашарування серед назв їжі в українських говорах Карпат

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано угорські нашарування серед назв їжі та напоїв україн- ських говорів Карпат. Приділено увагу загальним назвам їжі та лексиці, пов‘язаній із ча- сом споживання їжі, а також з‘ясовано номінацію хлібних та інших виробів із тіста, страв з інших рослинних продуктів, їжі тваринного походження, рідких страв, напоїв і приправ.The article focuses on Hungarian lexical items used to give names to foodstuffs and beverages in the Ukrainian patois of the Carpathian Mountains. The main attention is paid to the general names of food and vocabulary dealing with the time of food consumption. The research is also done into the origin of the names of bread-stuffs and other pastries, vegetable and animal dishes, liquid and thin dishes, beverages and seasonings.
