Abstract

Стаття присвячена дослідженню особливостей конституційного рівня закріплення прав і свобод людини через призму досвіду Чехії та Словаччини. Розглянуто конституціоналізацію прав і свобод людини з урахуванням специфіки конституційного правопорядку Чеської Республіки. Проаналізовано систему конституційних прав і свобод Словацької Республіки. Окрема увага приділяється гарантіям і механізму захисту цих прав і свобод.

The article is devoted to the research of the peculiarities of the constitutional level of consolidation of human rights and freedoms, through the prism of the experience of the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Considered the constitutionalization of human rights and freedoms, taking into account the specifics of the constitutional order of the Czech Republic. The system of constitutional rights and freedoms of the Slovak Republic is analyzed. In addition, special attention is paid to the guarantees and mechanisms of the protection of rights and freedoms.
