Abstract

У статті досліджено проблеми забезпечення прав людини в монархіях Арабського Сходу. Автором на прикладі статусу жінки продемонстровано, що принцип рівності в цих державах не є абсолютними. Серед позитивних зрушень у сфері забезпечення прав людини в статті відзначається розширення ролі жінки у суспільстві, що еволюціонувала від сфери сім'ї та професійної діяльності до участі в державних справах (державної служби) та конституційне закріплення основних прав.The рареr investigates the problem of human rights in monarchies of the Агаb East.
