Антибактеріальна терапія при гострому панкреатиті

Abstract

The development of the purulent-septic complications is the typical for the late phase of acute pancreatitis and in most cases determine the lethal outcome. The results of the management of 458 patients were evaluated. The antibiotic administration had no influence on the clinical course in patients with mild acute pancreatitis. Aminoglyciosides and penicillins are not effective in prevention of contaшination of necrotic foci. The infusion of cephalosporins of 3 generation, quinolones in combination with metronidazole, and imipenem are the most effective in patients with severe pancreatitis.
