Причина і наслідок: інверсія ідей природного права

Abstract

Стаття присвячується дослідженню процесу інверсії, відображенню причини (ідей природного права) у наслідках (позитивному пра ві). Причина і наслідок як дуальні явища, будучи протилежностями, відображаються одне в одному. Ідеї природного права, по суті, є причиною появи і розвитку позитивного права. Розгляд проблеми під таким кутом зору довзоляє визначити непроявлені причини того, що відбувається в праві. The article is devoted to the investigation of the process of inversion, the display of the cause – the ideas of natural law, in the consequen- ces – the norms of positive law and their implementation. Cause and effect as dual phenomena, being opposites, are displayed one in the sec ond. The ideas of natural law in essence are the cause of the emergence and development of a positive law. Consideration of the problem from this point of view provides an opportunity to establish the unmanifested causes of what is happening in the law.
