Роль навчального та виробничого просторів у формуванні правової вихованості майбутніх фахівців

Abstract

У статті розглянуто роль навчального та виробничого простору у формуванні правової вихованості майбутніх фахівців як важливої проблеми професійної підготовки спеціалістів; визначено компоненти (професійно-правова обізнаність, професійно-правова розвиненість та готовність до правомірної професійної діяльності) правової вихованості майбутніх фахівців комп’ютерної галузі; доведено, що правова підготовка фахівців комп’ютерного профілю повинна бути багаторівневою та інтегрованою, а також, що професійна діяльність фахівців комп’ютерного профілю є поліфункціональною і широкопрофільною. Ключові слова: правове виховання, правова вихованість, навчальний простір, виробниче середовище, студент вищого навчального закладу, майбутній фахівець комп’ютерної галузі.Legal education system in high school is an organizational and methodological mechanism by which the legal education subjects influence on future specialist's public and individual consciousness, helping the last to perceive legal principles and norms. In the legal education process for the future specialist in computer industry professionally legal responsibility, professional sense of justice and informatively legal activity culture are formed. The role of educational and production space in forming the future specialists' legal breeding as an important problem of specialists' professional preparation has been considered in the article; the components (professionally legal knowledge, professionally legal development and readiness to legitimate professional activity) of the future specialists' in computer industry legal breeding have been determined; such concepts as legal education, legal breeding, educational space, production environment, high school student, future specialist in computer industry in intercommunication have been analysed; the fact that specialists' in computer industry legal preparation is to be multilevel and computer-integrated has been researched; the fact that specialists' in computer industry professional activity is multyfunctional and large-profile has been proved.
