Зміни в науковій ботанічній термінології української мови в післявоєнний період

Abstract

In the article the author for the first time gives а detailed analysis of the development of scientific botanical nomenclature of the Ukrainian language in postwar period, on the basis of reference books defining the plants of Ukraine, the dictionary of botanical terminology, published in 1962, University textbooks and manuals on plants taxonomy, scientific papers on botany, etc. The article presents main positive traits and drawbacks of modern Ukrainian botanical nomenclature.
