Стереотипізація образу менеджера в колективній свідомості носіїв англійської мови

Abstract

The paper deals with a fragment of the architectonics of the concept “management”, an image-bearing structures in particular, which are represented by images-stereotypes and images-prototypes of a modern manager in the collective mentality of the English-speaking professionals. Images-stereotypes (professional, evaluative and social) and images-prototypes are represented by different language units (words, attributive and predicative syntagmas, propositional structures, mini-texts) which gives an opportunity to summarize the collective professional vision of a contemporary manager in the general text-description.
