PARAMETERS OF STEATOSIS, TNF-α AND FETUIN-A IN PATIENTS WITH CORONARY HEART DISEASE IN COMBINATION WITH NON ALCOHOLIC FATTY LIVER DISEASE

Анотація
A relevant problem of modern medicine is the study of common pathogenetic mechanisms of
the formation of combined pathology for the purpose of early diagnosis and the development of
differentiated approaches to the management of this category of patients. In particular, a close relationship
between cardiovascular diseases and pathology of the hepatobiliary system, primarily with non-alcoholic
fatty liver disease (NAFLD) has been proven [1,2,3]. NAFLD is considered as an independent predictor of
cardiovascular diseases, which plays an important role in the development of coronary heart diseases CHD
[4,5]. The aim of research: to analyze the characteristics of parameters of steatosis, TNF-α and fetuin-A in
patients with coronary heart disease in combination with non alcoholic fatty liver disease.
