Аграрний сектор України: тенденції, суб’єкти, перспективи реформування

Abstract

У статті розглянуто сучасний стан та перспективи розвитку аграрного сектору України, розглянуто осно- вні результати діяльності, проаналізовано ряд негативних тенденцій, які перешкоджають ефективній діяльності аграр- них підприємств, а саме зменшення обсягу валової продукції сільського господарства, необхідність диверсифікації ринків збуту продукції, звуження фінансової бази розвитку сільськогосподарських підприємств, скорочення кількості малих (насамперед, фермерських) господарств.Обґрунтовано позиції щодо перспективних напрямів розвитку агропро- довольчого ринку, а саме вдосконалення інфраструктури аграрного ринку, підвищення обсягів та ефективності фінан- сово-кредитного забезпечення сільського господарства і покращення страхового захисту сільськогосподарських това- ровиробників, забезпечення прозорості та сприятливості регуляторної політики держави. Ключові слова: розвиток аграрного сектору, аналіз фінансових результатів, основні ринки збуту, обсяг аграрного експорту, капітальні і непрямі іноземні інвестиції.The modern state and prospects of development agrarian to the sector of Ukraine are considered in the article, the basic results of activity are considered, the row of negative tendencies that prevent to effective activity of agrarian enterprises is analyses, namely: reduction to the volume of gross products of agriculture, necessity of diversification of markets of production, narrowing of capital base of development of agricultural enterprises, reduction of amount of small (first of all, farmer) economies distribution.Positions are reasonable in relation to perspective directions of development of market agroindustrialness, namely: perfection of infrastructure of agrarian market, increase of volumes and efficiency of the finance and credit providing of agriculture and improvement of insurance defense of agricultural commodity producers, providing of transparency and favorableness of regulator politics of the state.
