Abstract

РЕЗЮМЕ: літературне дослідження хірургічної анатомії папілярної ділянки засвідчує варіабельність топографії великого і малого сосочків дванадцятипалої кишки, що є наслідком складних просторово-часових перетворень на етапах онтогенезу. Дискусійні та суперечливі дані щодо морфоструктурного формування великого сосочка дванадцятипалої кишки. Не вивчені скелетотопія і мікромакроанатомія складових папілярної ділянки у перинатальному періоді онтогенезу.A bibliographical study of the surgical anatomy of the papillary region is indicative of variable topography of the major and minor papillae of the duodenum, the latter being a consequence of spatial-temporal transformations at the stages of ontogenesis. The findings pertaining to the morphostructural formation of the major duodenal papilla are debatable and controversial. The skeletopia and micromacroanatomy of the constituents of the papillary region haven’t been studied during the prenatal period of ontogenesis.
