Значення ендоскопії в діагностичному алгоритмі гострого біліарного панкреатиту

Abstract

In а complex investigation the peculiarities of clinical course of the acute biliary pancreatitis were evaluated. lt was shown, that the determination of bilirubin, alkaline phosphatase, interleukin lα, IL-IRa, IL-10, myeloperoxidase, α2-macroglobulin in acute pancreatitis permits to suspect the biliary nature of pancreatitis. Endoscopy makes possible to determine the precise causes of prolonged bіІе reflux into the pancreatic duct and acute pancreatitis. Under such conditions the early endoscopic papillosphincterotomy will bе the pathogenic method of treatment of acute biliary pancreatitis.
