Випускання вологи передньої камери ока в лікуванні офтальмогіпертензії у хворих після видалення дислокованих кришталиків та імплантації ІОЛ

Abstract

23 patients with reactive postoperated ophthalmohypertensia after removal of dislocated lens, further IOL implantation and iris re­constructive manipilations had undergone to the procedure of discharge of anterior chamber liquid. Discharge of anterior chamber liquid was conducted bу the method "burp" of American ophthalmologist Dr. Shepard D. Patients with extensive surgical procedure of the lens and nearby anatomic structures in condition of corneoscleral incision not less than 1/3 of the limbal circle this manipulation was carried out for the first time. The reason why this procedures were conducted was failure of lосаl and general hypertensive medicamental therapy. Biomicroscopy was applied to control the discharge. А spatula was introduced into anterior chamber between corneoscleral sutures after topical anestesia of alcain drops had applied. Procedure adequacy estimated bу evident intraocular pressure decline and corneal transparency improvement. The manipulation was repeated 2-3 times. 21 patients had intraocular pressure normalized, 2 patients had normal intraocular pressure restored due to arutimol 0,5% drops instil­lation 1 time daily. The method "burp" is simple in mastering, in аррІуіng and reasonable effective additive method in patients with ophthalmohyperten­sia after surgical procedure.
