Оформлення окремої думки судді в господарському процесі

Abstract

Стаття висвітлює питання винесення та оформлення окремої думки судді в господарському судочинстві Укра- їни. Автор аналізує структуру та порядок оформлення окремої думки. Систематизовано вимоги до оформлення даного процесуального документа. Досліджується питання моменту остаточного оформлення окремої думки. Ключові слова: господарське судочинство, суд, судовий акт, окрема думка, процесуальний документ.The article covers issues of the adoption and formulating of the dissenting opinion of the judge of the commercial court of Ukraine. The author analyzes structure and a way of formulating of the dissenting opinion. The requirements for the completion of the dissenting opinion are classified as well as an issue of the moment when dissenting opinion may be regarded as a finalized one is investigated at the article.
