Сутність поняття злочину геноциду в міжнародному праві

Abstract

Робота присвячена розгляду сутності та особливостей геноциду як злочину проти безпеки людства за міжнародним кримінальним правом. Розглянуто покарання за вчинення геноциду відповідно до міжнародного права. Вивчено також питання відповідальності держа- ви за злочин геноциду в практиці міжнародного суду. Ключові слова: геноцид, міжнародний злочин, міжнародно-правова відповідальність, відповідальність держави за міжнародний злочин, порушення прав людини.The work is devoted to the consideration of the essence and features of genocide as a crime against the security of humanity under international criminal law. The punishment for the commission of genocide is contemplated in accordance with international law. The author also studied the responsibility of the state for the crime of genocide in the practice of the international court.
