Правове регулювання праці осіб зі зниженою працездатністю

Abstract

Автор акцентує увагу на окремій групі працівників – особах зі зниженою працездатністю. Правове регулюван- ня зазначеної категорії працівників характеризується єдністю і диференціацією. Сьогодні в Україні загострюються питання щодо соціальної адаптації осіб зі зниженою працездатністю. Це стосується як питань у сфері відносин працевлаштування, так і у сфері захисту самої праці осіб з вадами здоров’я. Ключові слова: праця інвалідів, правовий режим роботи осіб зі зниженою працездатністю.The author focuses on the separate group of employees – persons with reduced ability to work. Legal regulation of this category of workers are characterized by unity and differentiation. At the same time, in Ukraine aggravated in modern conditions the issue of social adaptation of persons with reduced ability to work. This applies to both questions in the field of employment relations and the sphere of the protection of labor of persons with poor health.
