Лікування і профілактика венозних тромбоемболічних ускладнень у хворих на тромботичний підтип ішемічного інсульту у гострому періоді

Abstract

Thе results of diagnostics and treatment of 123 patients with ishaemic insult (II) at an acute period have bin analysed. There were 67 (54,7%) men and 56 (45,3%) of women at the age of 46 to 85. The activation of procoagulative haemostasis link and fibrinolythic activity decrease were particular marked during the 1-2 days. In the first group of patients (93 people), which were receiving the usual treatment, different venous tromboembolic complications (VTC) appeared in 16 (17,2%) of patients, particularly being associated with the varicose disease. Massive pulmonary artery trom­boembolia turned out to bе the cause of death in 2 (2,1 %) of patients. ln the second group of patients (30 people), which being re­ceving the usual treatment in combination with phraxyparin, VTC or lethal outcomes were not incountered. In patients with throm­bogenic risk factors it is advisable to use phraxyparin in combination with disagregation therapy.
