Правова природа окремої думки судді Конституційного Суду України

Abstract

У статті наведені результати наукового аналізу правової природи окремої думки судді Конституційного Суду України. Визначено поняття та особливості окремої думки судді. Обгрунтовано необхідність окремої думки судді у конституційному судочинстві. Ключові слова: Конституційний Суд України, окрема думка судді, суддя Конституційного Суду України, рішення та висновки Конституційного Суду України, конституційне судочинство.The results of scientific analysis of legal nature of the separate opinion of a judge of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine are represented in the article. The concept and features of the separate judicial opinion are defined. The necessity of the separate opinion of a judge in the constitutional proceedings is proved.
