Соціальне виховання учнівської молоді як важлива педагогічна проблема

Abstract

Зазначена стаття присвячена аналізу різноманітних наукових підходів до трактування і осмислення суті та значення соціального виховання в процесі становлення і розвитку особистості школяра. Особлива увага приділена визначенню співвідношень категорій «соціалізація», «соціальне виховання» і «виховання». Аналізується також роль і функції соціального педагога в системі організації соціального виховання не лише в межах загальноосвітнього навчального закладу, а й у позашкільному соціумі.

Данная статья посвящена анализу разнообразных научных подходов к пониманию и осмыслению сущности и значимости социального воспитания в процессе становления и развития личности школьника. Особенное внимание уделяется определению соотношения категорий «социализация», «социальное воспитание» и «воспитание». Анализируется также роль и функции социального педагога в системе организации социального воспитания не только в рамках общеобразовательного учебного заведения, но и во внешкольном социуме. This article has been dedicated to the analysis of diff erent scientifi c approaches to the explanation and understanding of the content and meaning of social upbringing in the process of forming and development of students’ personality. The great attention is dedicated to the determination of special categories “socialization”, “social upbringing” and “upbringing”. The role and functions of social educators on the system of social upbringing organization not only in the secondary school but also in the after school society have been analyzed. Thus, social education is a complex notion, comprehensive, integrative, providing the full functioning of social arsenal of educational tools and capabilities for the purpose of moral and social identity formation. Analysis of that perspective allowed to formulate the tasks for social pedagogues. In our opinion, they are to promote: - the formation of social skills of pupils in diff erent spheres of life; - the creation of conditions for development of children and adolescents examples of civilized coexistence, life skills and communication in groups; - the formation motives socially signifi cant and socially useful activity; - the creation of conditions to meet the needs of the student in an interesting, to facilitate the formation of his worldview and values; - the encouraging self-development processes.
