Анотація
В роботі проаналізовано результат оперативного лікування 268 хворих на контрактуру Дюпюітрена, серед
яких у 55 пацієнтів застосовували вдосконалений метод оперативного втручання, який полягає у виконанні,
поряд з типовою порціальною і субтотальною апоневректомією, тенолізу і міолізу власних м’язів кисті.

The research analyses the results of surgical treatment, provided for 268 patients, suffering from Dupuytren’s contracture; notably, that 55 patients among them undertook treatment according to the improved surgical intervention method, which main point is the execution of tenolysis and myolysis of hand’s proper muscles, in addition to typical divided and subtotal aponeurectomia.
