Abstract

Статтю присвячено дослідженню ролі соціальної держави, її впливу на права лю- дини. Також розглянуто реалізацію функцій соціальної держави в таких країнах як Україна та США. Наведені її основні політичні, економічні та інші наслідки у суспіль- ному житті громадян. Визначено ступінь впливу соціальної держави на суспільно- економічні процеси України та США. Ключові слова: соціальна держава, права громадян, соціальні права, соціально спрямована політика, механізм державного управління.The article is devoted to the study of the role of the social state, its influence on human rights. Also, the implementation of the functions of the social state in such countries as Ukraine and the United States were considered. The main political, economic and other consequences in public life of citizens was shown. Also, the degree of influence of the social state on the social and economic processes of Ukraine and the USA was determined.
