Анотація
The Cu2Se-In2Se3–"P2Se4" system have been established using X-ray diffraction and differential
thermal analysis. The cross-section of the investigated system was built on the base of the theoretical
end experimental triangulation. At 670 K in this system exist CuInP2Se6 tetrary compound in
equilibria with binary - Cu2Se, In2Se3 and ternary - CuInSe2, In4(P2Se6)3. In order to investigate
physical-chemical interactions in CuInP2Se6-In4(P2Se6)3 system the proper phase diagram have been
established. CuInP2Se6 compound owns of the homogeneity region up to 18 mol% of In4(P2Se6)3,
solubility of CuInP2Se6 in In4(P2Se6)3 is near 22 mol.%.
