Abstract

In the difficult socio-political situation in the country, due to the presence of military conflict in the east of the state, the need for specialized (psychological and psychiatric) assistance has increased signifi cantly. The existing resource of specialized medical care services to provide qualified care to all those in need with depressive disorders, according to the requirements of existing unified clinical protocols, is clearly not enough. In this situation, the only quick solution is to attract family doctors to work with these contingents of the population and create a system for their effective and quick training on the early detection and management of patients with depressive disorders
