Ургентна екстракорпоральна ударно-хвильова літотрипсія при уролітіазі

Abstract

407 patients of urolithias are investigated which in І 995 - 2000 have arrived with clinic of renal colic, and with which is carried out urgent treatment with extracorporal shock-wawe lithotripsy (ESWL) bу the device Lithostar 2 Plus (SIEMENS). 594 sessions are carried out. The check group was made with 400 patients with renal colic and similar localization of stones, with which lithotripsy was carried out in the scheduled order, after preliminary termination ofthe pain syndrome. 676 ses sions ESWL are carried. The periods oftreatment, complications nearest and remote results, а anatome and functional state, multiplicity of sessions ESWL were compared. On the basis of the analysis the advantage ESWL in situ is proved in case of acute obstruction of urinary tract .. Promptly ESWL in situ is of fered as а method of а choice in treatnent of stones renal colic.
