Технологія навчання як засіб формування технічної компетентності майбутніх офіцерів радіоелектронного профілю

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано основні базові поняття з проблеми дослідження: ,,професійна компетентність”, ,,технічна компетентність”, ,,технічна компетентність майбутнього офіцера”, ,,педагогічна технологія”, встановлено спільне й відмінне, взаємозв’язок між ними. Обґрунтовано вибір технологій адекватних профілю освіти ВВНЗ. Проведено аналіз сучасного стану педагогіки вищої технічної освіти і визначені її основні проблеми. Розроблено алгоритм реалізації навчальної технології. Представлено схему формування навчальної технології. Запропоновано алгоритм формування та корекції навчальної технології. Визначено, що реалізація алгоритму формування та корекції навчальної технології утворює цілісну навчальну технологію формування технічної ком- петентності майбутніх офіцерів радіоелектронного профілю.

In the article main basic concepts have been analyzed on research problems: ,,professional competence", ,,technical competence", ,,technical competence of future offi cer", ,,pedagogical technology", set common and different, intercommunication between them. Modern higher technical education in Ukraine regularly yields to different reforms, reasons of that are integration in the European and world system of education and growing requirements to quality of preparation of specialists of different directions. The choice of technologies adequate of profile of formation of HMEE is reasonable. The analysis of the modern state of pedagogies of higher technical education is conducted and her basic problems are defi ned. The algorithm of realization of educational technology is worked out. Requirements are outlined to realization of technology. The chart of forming of educational technology is presented. The algorithm of forming and correction of educational technology is offered. As such parameter is plugged in a pedagogical situation, as a logical structure of educational course, accordingly technology can be developed for any educational discipline. Certainly, that realization of algorithm of forming and correction of educational technology forms integral educational technology of forming of technical competence of future offi cers of radio electronic profile.
