Функціональний аналіз та оптимізація організації практики студентів на прикладі ДВНЗ «Ужгородський національний університет»

Abstract

Застосування функціонального моделювання дозволяє лаконічно зобразити складні процеси, що відбува-ються в організації, а сама модель є підгрунтям для реінжинірингу цих процесів. Читання моделей IDEF0, хоч і потребує деяких додаткових умінь, однак дозволяє зрозуміти ділові процеси більш грунтовно, і, що головне, передавати це розуміння між рівнями управління та до безпосередніх виконавців тих чи інших дій. У статті розроблено діючу модель організації практик у ДВНЗ «Ужгородський національний університет» та запропо-новано нову модель, більш ощадливу до трудових витрат. Application of functional modeling allows to depict complex processes taking place in the organization succinctly, while the resulting model is the basis for the re-engineering of processes. Reading IDEF0 models, though requiring some additional skills, allows you to understand the business processes more thoroughly, and, what is more important, to transfer this under-standing between levels of management and direct ex-ecutors of certain actions. This article discloses a work-ing model of practices organization in Uzhhorod Na-tional University and proposes a new model, more lean with regard to labor costs. The developed model, in contrast to the current procedure, requires the use of a much smaller number of performers, and does not re-quire the involvement of higher management. Simplifi-cation has been achieved due to the identification and removal of non-essential and non-valuable actions that were made possible by a visual representation of the process of organizing practice within IDEF0 frame-work. The functional models can be used to explain the process of practice organized by university staff. Be-sides that, the implementation of the proposed model into university policy makes educational process less bureaucratic and saves labour costs, which, in turn, improves the motivation and work attitude of universi-ty employees.
