| Abstract: | Метою даної роботи було вивчити
термоелектричні властивості
полікристалічного Tl₄TiS₄ та порівняти їх з
властивостями монокристалічного Tl₄TiS₄. The thermoelectric power of Tl₄TiS₄ sintered pastilles was carried out. The sintered pastilles were prepared by reducing the Tl₄TiS₄ to powder form, which was then compacted. The pastille obtained was annealing at 523 K in a vacuumed silica tube. Measurements of thermoelectric power were taken for the temperature range 314-534 К by Harman technique. The potential of polycrystalline Tl₄TiS₄ as thermoelectric materials was studied. |
