Оптимізація процесу формування компетентності у сфері «природа» майбутнього вихователя дітей дошкільного віку

Abstract

Стаття присвячена проблемі формування компетентності у сфері «Природа» майбутнього фахівця дошкільної освіти у процесі професійної підготовки у вищому навчальному закладі. Розглядається проблема оптимізації навчального процесу під час підбору форм, методів та прийомів організації природознавчої освіти студентів вищого навчального закладу, що сприятиме вирішенню навчальних і професійних проблем, формуванню інтересу і емоційно-ціннісного ставлення до навколишньої природи, навчальної і професійної діяльності, а отже здатності до професійної самореалізації. Ключові слова: компетентність, компетентнісний підхід, професійна підготовка, форми та методи професійної підготовки.

The article deals with the problem of formation of competence in the field of «Nature» of future specialist pre-school education in the process of professional training in high school. An essential component of the training of future teachers of preschool educational institutions is a competence in the field «Nature» that helps to know and understand the relationships in the environment, to set life direction, to form the actual vision of human's place in nature, intensify a need for selfeducation and self-improvement, and therefore, promotes the professional growth of future professionals, the formation of general professional competence, ecological thinking, value attitude to nature. In conditions of content updates Natural Science education, of great importance is the introduction of new technologies of competency approach teaching Natural Science, which contributes to the formation of personal and professional qualities of future teachers, ability for learning throughout life. The effectiveness of the process of formation Natural Science competence depends on how its objectives, contents, forms and methods corresponding settings, needs, interests and value orientation of future teachers.
