The separate problemftic aspects on the protection of the implementation of the European convention by the Constitutional Court of Ukraine are considered. Special attention is paid to the application of the 1950 European convention and the European court of human rights casel-aw in the decision on the Constitutional Court of Ukraine with the help internationally-conformal method interpretation of the Constitution in view of the effective protection of the human rights and fundamental freedoms
