До питання про оспорювані правочини

Abstract

В статті розглядаються питання щодо правової природи недійсності правочинів, зокрема приділена значна увага оспорюваним правочинам. Розглядаються та аналізуються точки зору вчених відносно даного питання. Наведені теоретичні визначення оспорюваних правочинів. Аналіз наведених позицій та чинної нормативної бази, присвяченої регулюванню цього питання, дозволяють автору дійти висновків щодо ознак оспорюваних правочинів, підстав їх класифікації та визначити правову природу і сутність правочинів, які слід вважати оспорюваними. The article is devoted to the legal nature of the invalidity of contracts, including paid much attention disputed transaction. Considered and analyzed in terms of scientists regarding the matter.
