Еволюція міграційних процесів крізь призму теорії міжнародних відносин

Abstract

У статті розглянуто сутність поняття «міжнародна міграція». Розроблено основні напрями теоретичного обґрунтування впливу інфраструктурних чинників на перебіг міграційних процесів на основі поглибленого аналізу зарубіжних наукових концепцій. Проведена оцінка наявних підходів до класифікації міжнародної міграції і запропоно- вано різноманітні підходи щодо аналізу теорій міжнародних відносин. Обґрунтовано доцільність використання інсти- туційного підходу до побудови класифікації цього явища теорії міжнародних відносин. Запропоновано науковий підхід до визначення місця і функції міграційних процесів у теорії міжнародних відносин. Наведено основні складники теорії міжнародних відносин у сучасних умовах.

В работе рассмотрена сущность понятия «международная миграция». Разработаны основные направ- ления теоретического обоснования влияния инфраструктурных факторов на ход миграционных процессов на основе углубленного анализа зарубежных научных концепций. Проведена оценка существующих подходов к классификации международной миграции и предложены разнообразные подходы к анализу теорий международных отношений. Обо- снована целесообразность использования институционального подхода к построению классификации этого явления теории международных отношений. Предложен научный подход к определению места и функции миграционных про- цессов в теории международных отношений. Приведены основные составляющие теории международных отношений в современных условиях.

The urgency is to determine the scientific approaches to implementing migration policy at micro- and macro levels. In the context of the development of globalization processes, the issue of population migration in international economic relations is becoming more and more relevant. The interest of specialists in this subject existed since the ancient period, when humanity had no idea what migration is and continues to this day. Even in the early stages of history, statements about international migration of the population, the formation of a culture of peoples, the growth of cities, the development of industry and trade were considered. The genesis of the phenomenon of migration was considered by mercantilists, representatives of classical theory, Marxists, neoclassicists, and others like that. The intensity of migration processes, the labor market and other categories of migration description show the perspective directions of discourse analysis of the investigated processes in the methodological field of the theory of migration networks. Modern specialists in this area continued the study of the latest theories of population migration and highlighted the stages of its evolution. Various theories and approaches to international migration are theoretically grounded in the article. The main assumptions on which they are based are highlighted, a concentrated analysis of the fundamentals of the main concepts of international migration is presented. The evolution of migration processes that explores the phenomenon of international migration is considered. The estimation of modern tendencies of external labor migration of the population of Ukraine and its influence on the long-term socio-economic development of the country is given. On the basis of analytical developments created in the course of the research, the expediency of using the institutional approach to constructing the classification of this phenomenon in the theory of international relations has been substantiated. The scientific approach to the determination of the place and function of migration processes in the theory of international relations is proposed. The main components of the theory of international relations in modern conditions are presented.
