Abstract

У статті надана історична ретроспектива радянського законодавства, спрямованого на подолання і боротьбу з дитячою безпритульністю. Основна увага акцентується на діяльності молодіжних організацій, на які покладалася відповідальність за ідеологічне оформлення цілісної системи протидії дитячій безпритульності. Радянське законодавство у сфері протидії дитячій безпритульності розглядається з погляду дотримання прав дитини і гуманності.

The article provides a historical retrospective of Soviet legislation aimed at overcoming and combating child abandonment. The main focus is on the activities of youth organizations, which were responsible for the ideological design of an integrated system of counteraction and combating child abandonment. Soviet legislation in the field of combating child neglect is considered in terms of respect for the rights of the child and for humanity.
