Концептуальні підходи до проектування соціано- педагогічного аспекту розвивально- виховного процесу освітнього закладу

Abstract

Статтю присвячено актуальній проблемі ефективного функціонування середовища освітнього закладу щодо вирішення окремих завдань створення умов формування соціально компетентної особистості. Мета статті: визначити та охарактеризувати концептуальні питання соціально-педагогічного проектування розвивального аспекту середовища освітнього закладу в умовах дослідно-експериментальної роботи. Під час проведення дослідження було застосовано теоретико-проблемний та системно-структурний методи аналізу наукової літератури з означеної тематики та метод теоретико-структурного моделювання визначення понятійного апарату й обґрунтування основних положень Концепції соціально-педагогічного проектування розвивально-виховного процесу освітнього закладу. Результатами дослідження є аналіз поетапної реалізації процесу проектування дослідно-експериментальної роботи у освітньому закладі. Окреслено основні пріоритетні напрями діяльності та функційні етапи реалізації розвивально-виховного процесу закладу освіти та сформульовано основні аспекти розробки й упровадження Концепції: базовий матеріал, мету, завдання, методи реалізації, організаційно-цільові групи. Визначено можливості та очікувані результати впровадження основних положень Концепції в освітньому закладі.

The article is devoted to the topical problem of effective functioning of the educational institution environment; solving of tasks directed on providing of conditions in which the formation of a socially competent personality takes place. The purpose of the article: to identify and characterize the conceptual issues of socialpedagogical designing of developmental-educational aspect of educational institution environment in terms of research and experimental work. Research methods used: theoretical-problemic and system-structural methods of analysis of scientifi c literature on the specifi ed topics; method of theoretical and structural modeling of defi nition of the conceptual apparatus; the statement of the basics of the Concept of social; pedagogical designing of developmentaleducational process of an educational institution. The Concept presented in the article contains all the main points for the project implementation. The main priority areas of school activities for the formation of social competence of all participants in the educational process are outlined. Organizational and target groups, subjects of joint activities are identifi ed. The results of the study comprise the analysis and characterization of the three stages, carried out in conditions of research and experimental work by an educational institution. Each stage contains taks setting; main components of the experiment, which in general form a holistic picture of providing the developmental-educational environment in a specifi c and / or any other educational institution in the region. According to the goal, the main aspects of development and implementation of the Concept of social-pedagogical designing of educational process in an educational institution are: the basic material for the development of the Concept, the purpose, tasks and methods of its implementation. The expected results on the implementation of the main conceptual issues of the social-pedagogical designing are considered. The possibilities of implementing the main provisions of the Concept in an educational institution are determined.
