Abstract

Constitutional Court of Ukraine and Implementation of Constitution of Ukraine The article deals with the relationship between constitutional justice and the implementation of the constitution. We study the mutual influence of constitutional law and constitutional doctrine in terms of integrity constitutional values and principles as the fundamental framework for implementing constitutions.
