До питання про поняття працівника водного транспорту

Abstract

Стаття присвячена визначенню поняття працівника водного транспорту. Досліджено статути про дисципліну працівників морського та річкового транспорту. Проаналізовано класифікацію працівників, здійснену Міжнародною організацією праці. Здійснено спробу поділу працівників водного транспорту на групи залежно від виду їх діяльності.

The article is devoted to the definition of the concept of water transport employee. Statutes on discipline of employees of sea and river transport are investigated. The classification of employees that is carried out by International Labour Organization is analyzed. An attempt of division of water transport employees into groups depending on the type of their activity was performed.
