| Abstract: | У статті розкрито історичний розвиток інституту процесуальних витрат у кримінальному провадженні, виокремлено основні риси цього інституту у різні історичні періоди. Досліджено закріплення інституту процесуальних витрат у нормативно-правових актах певних історичних періодів. The article reveals the historical development of the institution of procedural costs in criminal proceedings, highlights the main features of this institution in different historical periods. Studied the binding of the Institute of procedural costs in the legal acts of certain historical periods. |
