| Abstract: | У статті розглянуто основні умови та підходи розвитку соціальної компетентності майбутніх фахівців сфери обслу-говування. До основних умов розвитку соціальної компетент-ності належать соціально-педагогічні, організаційно-дидак-тичні та зовнішньо-об’єктивні. Серед підходів до формування соціальної компетентності науковці виокремлюють гуманіс-тичний, особистісний, діяльнісний, екофасилітативний, компе-тентнісний, системний та інші, які дозволяють вплинути на сферу соціальних стосунків і самореалізації суб’єкта. Процес формування соціальної компетентності має аксіологічну, гро-мадянську, креативну, гуманістичну, рефлексивну спрямова-ність; максимально сприяє саморозкриттю, самовизначенню, саморозвитку, самовияву й соціалізації, проявам самостійності, ініціативності, лідерських якостей особистості. Ключові слова: компетентність, компетенція, соціальна компетентність, соціально-педагогічні умови формування, організаційно-дидактичні умови, зовнішньо-об’єктивні умови формування. |
| Description: | The basic conditions and approaches of social competence development of future service sector experts have been reviewed in the article. The basic conditions for the development of social competence include the social and pedagogical, organizational and didactic, external and objective. The article reveals the basic conditions and approaches to social competence development of future service sector experts. The basic conditions for the development of social competence include social and pedagogical, organizational and didactic, external and objective. Among the approaches to the formation of social competence the humanistic, personal, pragmatist, eco-facilitative, competency building, systems and other approaches which enable to infl uence the sphere of social relations and self-realization of a subject. The social competence formation process has axiological, civil, creative, humanistic, and refl exive orientation; it facilitates self-disclosure, self-determination, self-development, self-expression and socialization, displays of independence, initiative, and leadership skills of anindividual to the maximum.
