Abstract

The deteminants of influence of which was drawn by the exposure of France of the attitude inhabitants toward political participation is examined. A conclusion is done, that the citizens of French king demonstrated the slow enriching of high-quality signs of national mentality the of principle value of which is aspiration to freedoms; after Revolution the level of political participation of person’s is determined fo concepts „political temperament”, „institutinal temperament”
