Гендерна методологія як інструмент пізнання жіночої трудової міграції в контексті феміністської теорії

Abstract

In the article is proposed application of gender approach for analysis the phenomenon of female labour migration, in which subject are gender stereotypes, patterns of gender roles, mechanisms of self-identification. Using the concepts of western scientists (S. Bem, E. Goffman, T. Parsons, R. Connell), the author arrived at a conclusion, that job’s specificity of women-migrants is specified its second-rate character, flexibility, negative social image. The result is served the occurrence of marginal state as social construct, which reflects gender asymmetry in social sector. Generically, application of gender methodology permits to define specific problems and possibilities of female movements, which will contribute the solution of adequate issues within migration sphere.
