| Abstract: | New geopolitical realities in Europe and in the world in the post “cold war” period are considered in the article, the most important of them is formation of new democratic countries on the territory of the former USSR belonging in the past to the Warsaw Pact Organization., which after overcoming the consequences of communist totalitarian period build a system of national, all-European security. The role of the UNO, CU, NATO icreases in the sphere of overcoming crisis situations inherited from the “cold war” period in different regions in the world. |
