Організаційно-педагогічні умови формування готовності майбутніх інженерів- педагогів до професійної діяльності з використанням інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій

Abstract

У статті розкриваються сутнісні характеристики понять «педагогічні умови», «організаційно-педагогічні умови» в загальному розумінні. Визначено організаційно- педагогічні умови, які сприяють формуванню готовності майбутніх інженерів-педагогів у галузі комп’ютерних технологій до професійної діяльності з використанням засобів інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій. Охарак- теризовано визначені організаційно-педагогічні умови та розкрито способи їх реалізації в процесі професійної підготовки кваліфікованих фахівців.

The article covers the essential characteristics of the concepts of "pedagogical conditions", "organizational and pedagogical conditions" in a general sense. To carry out the analysis of future engineers-teachers to use information and communication technologies it is essential to identify among existing organizational and pedagogical conditions those which provide effective preparedness for the formation of future professional specialist engineering-teaching profession. Therefore, we have identifi ed and characterized the organizational and pedagogical conditions and discovered ways to implement them in the training of qualifi ed professionals. The research of the article is to make study the concept of "pedagogical conditions"; identify and give the essential characteristics of the organizational and pedagogical conditions that are most conducive to the formation of future engineers-teachers to professional activities with the use of information and communication technologies. These requirements help ensure high-quality organization of educational process, formation of professional readiness of future engineers-teachers in the fi eld of computer technology.
