dc.description.abstract	У статті здійснено аналіз стану та динаміки міграційних процесів у Закарпатській області в сучасних умовах. Визначено структуру мігрантів залежно від мети виїзду за кордон, ступеня легальності та тривалості перебування. У результаті дослідження було виділено найбільш вагомі чинники, які зумовлюють нарощування інтенсивності трудової міграції в регіоні. Зазначено доцільність розмежування економічних та неекономічних мотивів зовнішньої міграції. Систематизовано наслідки трудової міграції для регіону. Обґрунтовано необхідність подальшого удосконалення управління міграційними процесами. Визначені пріоритетні напрями розвитку міграційної політики на державному та регіональному рівнях. dc.description.sponsorship	The analysis of the state and dynamics of migration processes in the Transcarpathian region is represented in the article. The structure of migrants depending on the purpose of travel abroad, the degree of legality and length of stay is proposed. The study highlighted the most important factors that determine the intensity of the increase of labor migration in the region. It was revealed that because of the nature of the territorial location the migration of the population of the Transcarpathian region is promoted by the liberalization of border crossing conditions and institutional benefits of employment in the EU border area residents. The differentiation of economic and non-economic motives of external migration was done. The effects of labor migration to the region were systematized. The positive effects of external migration for the Transcarpathia as a donor in the region include reduced stress on the regional labor market; improving the solvency of households of border regions; invest their earnings in the development of the region; positive impact on the balance of payments in the region. The negative consequences of external labor migration include the potential loss of employment in the region; deskilling of workers in connection with the discrepancy of an activity during the migration of their initial specialization; distortion of professional qualification structure of labor resources in the region; strengthening of the regional economy based on foreign demand for labor; destruction of family ties and family values. The tendency of intensification of foreign educational migration was revealed. Taking into account the crisis in the Ukrainian economy, as well as prospects for visa facilitation as the consequence of the implementation of the Agreement on Association of Ukraine and the EU the conclusion was done that external migration processes in the region will progress. The necessity of further improvement of migration management is grounded. Priority directions of development of immigration policy at national and regional level are proposed. The main proposed measures of migration control in the region are aimed to stimulate the development of entrepreneurship, the development of modern organizational and legal mechanisms for attracting funds of migrant workers in its development; creation of an institutional framework for the functioning of legal cross-border labor market; implementation of information and advisory support to migrant workers abroad; accounting migration component in the development and implementation in programs of socio-economic development of the region.
