| dc.description.abstract | The triangulation of Tl–Fe–Te system was carried out. One quasibinary (Tl₂Te–Fe) and seven partially quasibinary systems (Fe–TlFe₃Te₃, Tl₂Te–TlFe₃Te₃, FeTe₀.₉–TlFe₃3Te₃, Tl₂Te–FeTe0.9, Tl₂Te–FeTe₂, TlTe–FeTe₂, Tl₂Te₃–FeTe₂) were established. The phase diagram was constructed to Tl–Fe system, at first. It’s belong to eutectic type, the coordinates of eutectic points are 97 mol.% Fe, 563 K. Only one ternary compound (TlFe₃3Te₃) was found in the Tl–Fe–Те system. | uk |
