Проектування навчального процесу по формуванні фахової компетентності майбутніх офіцерів тилу

Abstract

Актуальність статті зумовлена необхідністю вива- женого підходу до педагогічного проектування процесу формування фахової компетентності майбутніх офіцерів тилу. У процесі дослідження охарактеризовано наукові дефініції «освіта» та «навчання». Визначено сутність та зміст педагогічного проектування та проаналізовано підходи фахівців до його трактування. Наведено авторське бачення педагогічного проектування навчального процесу у Військовій академії (м.Одеса). У процесі дослідження автором висвітлено загальне значення доцільності педагогічного проектування освітнього процесу дисциплін циклу професійної та практичної підготовки. The relevance of the article is high due to the need for scientifi c approach to pedagogical design process of the formation of professional competence of future logistics offi cers. The essence of pedagogical design is defined, and the approaches of the specialists to its content have been analyzed. We can consider pedagogical design as a creative process that is based on the original, unconventional solutions. Pedagogical design provides a balanced organization of individual and collective creativity, and it is based on the creation of innovations in the learning process. Author's vision of the practical aspects of the pedagogical design of the educational process at the Military Academy (Odessa) is shown. The study characterizes the scientifi c defi nition of «education» and «training» in terms of design. During the research, an author reveals the value of expediency of the educational process design of pedagogical disciplines of professional and practical training cycle. The author considers it reasonable to implement a project approach and develop specifi c mechanisms of training of future logistics offi cers for the disciplines of professional and practical training and to implement a pedagogical model Key words: instructional (pedagogical) design, future logistics offi cers, education, training.
