| dc.description | The article is devoted to analyze of current state of development of tourism and recreation industry. The main investment directions of tourism and recreation sector subjects are defined and the regional specificity of investment process is considered. An appraisal of the current state of tourism and recreational firms investment which are operating at the territory of priority development with special investment regimes in the Transcarpathian region has been given. It is concluded about the positive trend of capital investment in the tourism and recreation industry of Transcarpathia, which is the result of increasing the investment attractiveness of the industry. | dc.description.abstract | Стаття присвячена аналізу сучасного розвитку туристично-рекреаційної сфери. Визначено основні напрями інвестування суб’єктами туристично-рекреаційної сфери та районну специфіку інвестиційного процесу. Оцінено сучасний стан інвестування туристично-рекреаційних підприємств, що діють на території пріоритетного розвитку зі спеціальним режимом інвестування у Закарпатській області. Зроблено висновок про позитивні тенденції капітального інвестування в туристично-рекреаційну сферу Закарпаття, що є наслідком підвищення інвестиційної привабливості галузі.
