Вплив вегетативної нервової системи на перебіг захворювань сечовивідної системи у дітей

Abstract

Досліджено стан вегетативної нервової системи у дітей з пієлонефритами та енурезом. При пієлонефриті частота ВСД наростає з віком дітей, особливо в пубертатному віці. Майже у половини дітей порушення вегетативної регуляції поєднується з соматовегетативними розладами. У дітей з енурезом виявлені зміни вегетативної дисфункції, а саме недостатня активація симпатичної та парасимпатичної ланок вегетативної нервової системи і психоматичні порушення, що може вказувати про участь вегетативних дисфункцій у патогенезі енурезу у дітей. The state of the vegetative nervous system in children with pyelonephritis and enuresis was investigated. In pyelonephritis the vegetovascular dystonia increases with children the age of children, especially in the pubertal age. The derangements of the vegetative regulation are associated with somatovegetative disorders in almost half of the children. The children with enuresis were found to have the changes of the vegetative regulation, that is the insufficient activization of the sympathetic and parasympathetic lincs of the vegetative nervous systev and psychosomatic derangements that may point out the participation of the vegetative disfunction in the pathogenesis of enuresis in children.
