dc.description | Alteration in spectral energy of component low-frequency of the first heart sound were studied during isometric exercise in 40 patients with ischemic heart disease and in 20 healthy subjects. The patients demonstrated an authentic decrease of the spectral energy pf the first heart sound, whereas in healthy subjects it was authentically changeless. So different reaction of the first heart sound spectral energy to isometric exercise can be used to diagnose ischemic heart disease. | uk |
